Local woman improving family's quality of life with help of public housing

Public housing provides a place for low-income individuals and families who can't afford Bay State rent. Karen Anderson introduces us to a local woman who's working to better herself with help.
“The misconception about public housing is that the residents are unmotivated. Nothing could be further from the truth,” said Executive Director Brian Costello of Watertown Public Housing. “75% of the families have jobs; almost all of the others are disabled.”
