Our first-ever Disrupting Poverty Together Summit is just one week away! This free virtual event on May 12 & 13 is open to members of our global network and anyone interested in families’ economic mobility.
Day One of the Summit is for our network members only. Beginning at 11:00AM, we’ll celebrate our Exchange members and practitioners by providing workshops and seminars that speak to their professional growth and the supports needed to continue bringing their best selves to their coaching relationships. Workshops for Day One include:
- Supporting Staff Executive Functioning Skills
- Well-being Practices for Mentors
- Brave Communication - Creating an Inclusive Climate Within Your Team
- Staff Support and Skills Development – Reaching My Economic Independence While Supporting Others
Day Two of the Summit is open to the public. First, at “Changing the Narrative: The Power of Collaboration” at 1:00 PM EST, hear from a panel of leaders from member organizations Zepf Center, AIM, Creating Opportunity To Succeed (COTS), and The Family Partnership about their work and its impact on the lives of real families working towards economic independence. Then, at 4:00 PM, join staff, participants, and donors of EMPath and Exchange members at a virtual gala to celebrate our shared work and success.
